Phillip McIver, D.D.S.
Phillip McIver, D.D.S. was raised in Maryland and received his undergraduate degree from Oakwood College in Alabama. Dr. McIver received his DDS degree from Loma Linda University in California. Immediately following graduation from Dental school he entered the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program at Harlem Hospital Center, Columbia University in New York. Dr. McIver completed his residency in 2007 and entered private practice.
Dr. McIver is the first Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in Brunswick County. His goal is to provide quality treatment to all of his patients. Patients appreciate the time he takes to explain the benefits and risks of treatment so that an informed decision can be made. In addition to his surgical skills, his gentle manor with his patients is what characterizes him as “an excellent oral and maxillofacial surgeon.” He is married to Mandisa, a pediatrician, and they have a seven year old son, Caleb.
